We're pleased to enclose "Storytime," your 1981 Carol Lawson Plate. As you know, this is the first collector's plate in a new series of annual plates to be created by this gifted artist. Since your plate was among the first to be fired, a special "First Firing" symbol appears under the artist's signature on its back.
Also enclosed is a Certificate of Authenticity attesting that your plate was produced during the first firing period and was issued in limited edition.
